Returns and Exchanges:

Deedat gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided the return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

For exchanges at nearby Deedat outlets, present the purchase invoice at the exchange counter for a convenient process.

You can return/Exchange products via courier. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send the replacement product to you.

Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and they need to arrange their own shipping. For damaged or incorrect products, return/exchange shipping charges will be excluded.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase.

Notification of the completed refund will be sent via email.

Deedat will refund the value of the returned goods but will not refund any shipping charges paid.
 
Cancellations:

Customers can cancel their orders without incurring a cancellation fee if they change their minds within 12 hours of placing the order.

Exceptions (Sale Items)

Please note: Products purchased under a promotional offer or at a discounted price are considered final sale. They are not eligible for exchange or refund.
